Important Information:

No Fundraising Allowed:
Stallholders are not permitted to carry out any form of fundraising at their exhibition space.

Promotional Content Restrictions:

Your stall should only showcase the core services or activities of your organisation. Promoting unrelated third-party businesses, services, or products is not allowed.

Ticket Entitlement:

Each stall booking comes with two complimentary passes for staff directly involved with your organisation. These passes cannot be transferred. You may also purchase one additional pass if needed. This limit is to help maintain a balanced presence among all participating groups.

Policy Compliance:

Failure to follow these guidelines may lead to your organisation being removed from the event without any refund or reimbursement.
