National Dawah Convention
Saturday 26th July 2025
The inaugural National Dawah Convention is a first of its kind gathering - where dawah leaders, teams, organisations and stakeholders come together to collaborate and share best practice. The aim is to help build a vibrant and strong dawah network here in the UK.
The Convention will be held on Saturday 26th July 2025. In addition to experts in the Dawah, the Convention will include leaders across Muslim civil society.

Ready For A Revolution?
Through inspiring workshops, thought-provoking discussions, and meaningful networking opportunities, the National Dawah Covention seeks to empower all those involved in the field of dawah with the tools they need to elevate their efforts.

The event will focus on practical skill-building, strategic planning, and addressing contemporary challenges in outreach, ensuring that participants leave with actionable insights.

By bringing together mosques, local teams, and national leaders under one roof, it fosters a unified vision and renewed energy for spreading the message of Islam with wisdom, confidence, and compassion.
Some of the sessions we have planned include the following:
  • Balancing Dawah & Knowledge
  • The role of the Masjid in Dawah
  • Dealing with the Far Right: Opportunities & Threats
  • Lessons from the Charity Sector
  • How to run successful Exhibitions
  • How to setup street Dawah teams
  • Safeguarding/Empowering New Muslim Women
  • Beyond the Shahadah - How to support your New Muslims

WHO IS THE CONVENTION
AIMED AT?
The convention is specifically aimed at a diverse range of individuals and groups actively involved in Islamic outreach and community development. This includes mosques that serve as central hubs for worship and community engagement, key stakeholders who influence strategic direction, and experienced dawah leaders guiding Islamic education and outreach.

It also welcomes local dawah teams working on the ground to spread the message of Islam, as well as regional and national organizations that support and coordinate efforts on a broader scale. The convention serves as a platform for collaboration, learning, and inspiration among all these vital contributors.
